Sunday & Co. opened on a rainy Tuesday in March 2017 in the Stockbridge neighbourhood of Edinburgh. We source our coffee from small roasters across the UK and Ireland, bake everything in the kitchen out back every morning, and try very hard not to take ourselves too seriously.
We source from independent roasters across the UK and Ireland — people who know their farmers by name. The filter changes weekly. The espresso blend stays put because we love it too much to rotate it out.
See what's on the barWell-behaved dogs are always welcome inside. We keep a water bowl by the door and usually have a treat behind the counter.
Fast Wi-Fi, plenty of plug sockets, no pressure to leave. We ask that you give up your table during busy weekend mornings.
Oat, almond, and soy — always on, no extra cost. We don't think you should pay more for what works for you.
20p off any drink if you bring a reusable cup. Every little bit, and we like seeing what people carry around.
250g bags of our current filter and espresso blend. Ask at the counter — we're happy to talk you through which suits you.
